This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should therefore read alongside our Main Terms.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

Shipping & Delivery Options:

We offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

USPS Priority Mail       2-4 Days      $12

Free Shipping:

We offer Free USPS Priority Mail shipping on orders over $150, discount applied automatically.

 

Heat Sensitivity:

During warm weather, our Body Butter, Chill Blue Salve and Deep Relief Salve may melt, separate and differ in texture.

To combat this, during summer months and based off of shipment address we ship in heat resistant Mylar envelopes and include a reusable ice pack with each shipment.

It is the customer's responsibility to follow updates on USPS tracking and to be available to receive the package in a timely manner after USPS delivery. Failure to do so during hotter weather could cause temperatures to rise, ice pack to melt and finally for the products to separate.

Subscriptions:

If you purchased an item through our refill program, your subscription will be fulfilled and shipped on the same day of the month your first order was placed, each month.


Shipping Restrictions:

We do Not offer International Shipping.

We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire & South Dakota due to local CBD policy restrictions. If you live in one of these states, petition your politicians for policy change.

 

Shipping Delays:

If Delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as is reasonably possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery and any new or updated tracking information.
